Foampak are able to include Foam into a wide spectrum of the boxes they manufacture. This can be either for Protective or for Presentation Purposes. The foam can either be low or high density depending on what on is required and can be glued into either small Die Cut Boxes or Large RSC Boxes. Polystyrene Cut Parts can also be glued into boxes if need be.

Foampak have a wide range of boxes used for bundling a variety of Retail Products. Boxes can be silkscreened spot colours or litho printed full colour and board thicknesses can range from Valkote through E Flute, B Flute and C Flute to Double Wall thickness if need be.

Foampak have over 350 Standard Size Dies capable of covering a wide variety of box sizes. Items to be packed can be brought to our showroom if need be at 65, 11th Rd Kew for sizing purposes where all the Die Cut Boxes are on display.

Laser Cartridge Boxes |
Laser Cartridge Boxes
Foampak has a number of Laser or Ink Cartridge Box Dies catering for a variety of Printer Cartridge sizes. The smaller cartridge boxes can have printing done directly onto the board while the bigger ones can either be silkscreen printed directly onto the board or have litho printed sheets mounted to the board before being die cut. There are a number of Insert Dies to hold the Cartridges inside the shipping boxes.

Gift Boxes can either be Base and Lid type boxes or Pizza Box style boxes depending on what is required. Printing can range from Silkscreen Printing to full colour Litho Printing and the board to be used can vary from Valcote through to E or B Flute.

Foampak has dies for the three standard Pizza Box sizes – Small, Medium and Large. Printing can either be Silkscreened directly onto board or Litho Printed sheets mounted to the board before being die cut.
